Country Healthcare Inc. severs the Greater Green Bay area with locations in Suamico, Pulaski, and Oconto. We care for those who can not easily live alone. All of our facilities have a registered nurse available, specialized care for dementia and Alzheimers, and customized care for those with special needs.

Country Healthcare is an elderly care home licensed by the state of Wisconsin. Our facilities accept those confined to wheelchairs and or have physical or mental limitations such as Alzheimers' or memory concerns.

Individual Spaces.
All rooms are private with their own half bath. In addition to the residents’ individual space, all Country Healthcare facilities feature a spacious living room, a bright, cheerful dining room, activity/family room and beauty parlor / barbershop.

Caring Staff.
Country Healthcare has an activity coordinator to ensure that residents make the best use of leisure time. Staff are on duty 24 hours a day and are trained in safety procedures. The facilities are protected by sprinkler systems, interconnected smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Neither the residents or you need be concerned about safety or security. The Country Healthcare staff does the laundry, housekeeping and cooks all meals, taking into consideration individual dietary preferences and needs. In addition, the staff can assist with medication, taking baths and showers, making appointments and other daily tasks as they arise.
